The DeBartolo Performing Arts Center complies with data standards and privacy policies established and followed by the University of Notre DameTessitura Network, Inc. and laws set by the CAN-SPAM Act and Federal Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).

Ticketing Terms + Conditions

All performances, dates, times, and prices are subject to change.

All ticket holders agree to the following terms and conditions:

  • All patrons must have a ticket, regardless of age.
  • All ticket sales are final, non-refundable, and not exchangeable unless an event is canceled or postponed. For canceled or postponed events a patron may choose a refund to their DPAC account or to the method of payment.
  • Late seating is subject to discretion and procedures of management or artists.
  • You consent to our use of your image, likeness, actions, and statements in connection with any live or recorded audio or photograph or other transmission or publication of the event.
  • Audience photography, recording, or reproduction in any form of the event for which this ticket is issued, unless noted, is prohibited and may result in seizure of equipment or removal of patron from theater, for which no refund shall be issued.
  • Any unlawful behavior may result in removal from the center, for which no refund shall be issued. All persons regardless of age must have a ticket for admission.

Free but ticketed events

Tickets are not available for pickup until 1 hour prior to event start time. To guarantee your reservation, pick up your Will Call tickets at least 15 minutes prior to the performance. In the event of a sell-out, all unclaimed Will Call is used to seat patrons waiting on standby.

Fees

Gift cards expire 5 years after purchase date.

On Account funds will be assessed a $2/month fee if a patron has not attended an event at the DeBartolo Performing Arts Center in two seasons. Fees will be assessed at the beginning of every fiscal year. Paid tickets are mailed upon request for events taking place 14 days or more before order date. There is a $2 mail-out fee.
