A year after a traumatic event, Sarah (Shauna Macdonald) and her five adrenaline-junkie friends meet in North Carolina to chase a rush and hopefully lift Sarah's spirits. The six women head out on a spelunking journey only to call an audible and go into uncharted cave territory, upping the claustrophobia-induced anxiety. Despite going off the grid, they realize others may have previously been to this cave. Further, they realize others may currently be in the cave with them.
