Experience the spirited return of UZIMA! Drum and Dance Company for a full-hearted evening marked by legacy and grounded in creative storytelling through music and movement. The ensemble continues to evolve and grow, embracing dreams that carry forward the vision of founder Kelly Burgét. This timely performance extends and builds on the many regional celebrations of Martin Luther King Jr. Day. As we approach the 100th birthday of Mrs. Coretta Scott King in April, DPAC and UZIMA! invite you to join us on a transformative journey to reconciliation and creation of the Beloved Community.
