Frequently Asked Questions
How do I reserve tickets?
Members can reserve tickets to eligible events beginning the Monday prior to the event. Tickets can be reserved online, by phone, or in person at the Ticket Office.
What if a show sells out before I’m allowed to reserve tickets?
Members who don’t want to risk a show selling out, or who wish to reserve their favorite seats in advance, can purchase tickets at half the Notre Dame student price. Low ticket alerts will also be sent to FRC members for highly attended shows.
Why am I not able to access Front Row Club membership pricing?
Active members must be logged into our website using the ND.EDU email affiliated with their DPAC account to reserve tickets using their Front Row Club membership. If you are logged in and still cannot access pricing, please contact the Ticket Office for assistance via email or by calling 574-631-2800.
How do I redeem tickets?
Your membership confirmation email will include specific instructions for redeeming Front Row Club tickets. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of purchasing a Front Row Club membership, please contact the Ticket Office for assistance via email or by calling 574-631-2800.
