Our 20th anniversary season is here! Expand your love for the performing arts and join in on the excitement with this year’s spectacular Presenting Series lineup.

Since opening our doors in September 2004, we have made it our mission to connect the Notre Dame campus and the South Bend community. At the DeBartolo Performing Arts Center, we are proud to have established ourselves as a home for the performing arts.

We can’t wait for you to help us commemorate the past 20 years and share the anticipation as we look toward the future!

Shows to Watch Out For

This season, we are bringing a wide range of events. Performances include the London Philharmonic Orchestra, MOMIX, the Jazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra with Wynton Marsalis, gospel singer Fred Hammond, and so many more talented performers.

We’ve highlighted just a few of this season’s upcoming performances below—check them out!

London Philharmonic Orchestra

As part of our Director’s Choice package, we are thrilled to have the London Philharmonic Orchestra come to DPAC this October.

Founded in 1932 by Sir Thomas Beecham, the London Philharmonic Orchestra has been widely recognized. Featured in multiple film soundtracks, such as The Lord of the Rings, they are one of the most streamed orchestras globally.

Jazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra with Wynton Marsalis

This January, we are excited to welcome back the Jazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra, led by nine-time Grammy Award–winner Wynton Marsalis! As a part of our Presenting Series’ inaugural performance on September 19, 2004, as well as performing in our 10th anniversary season, Marsalis is no stranger to DPAC.

Be sure to catch the JLCO with Marsalis this winter!

Fred Hammond

Another anticipated performance this January is Grammy Award–winner Fred Hammond. A renowned gospel singer, Hammond was dubbed the “architect behind urban praise and worship.” In 2017, Hammond was named on Essence Magazine’s esteemed list of the “50 Greatest Male Singers of All Time.”

MOMIX

In February, MOMIX will take the stage with an innovative twist on Alice in Wonderland. MOMIX is a dance company of “dance illusionists” founded in 1980 by Moses Pendleton and is committed to endless innovation. Get ready for one of Pendleton’s out-of-the-box productions as he pushes creative limits with his performance, Alice.

Actors From The London Stage

Actors From The London Stage (AFTLS) will be at DPAC in both October and March! Founded by Professor Homer Swander and Sir Patrick Stewart in 1975, AFTLS has been motivated by simplicity and aims to bring to life Shakespeare’s plays with only five actors on stage. Don’t miss their performances of Twelfth Night and Hamlet

An Evening with Mandy Patinkin & Nathan Gunn

You won’t want to miss Mandy Patinkin & Nathan Gunn coming to DPAC this April! Patinkin, who has a career in theater, the concert stage, film, television, and as a recording artist, paired with Gunn, who has brought together the musical stylings of opera, musical theater, and recital, bring a breathtaking performance to the stage.

These are just a few of the anticipated performances from the upcoming Presenting Series season! Come out and help us celebrate our 20th anniversary this year. Don’t miss the Director’s Choice season tickets on sale now through October 14th. Single tickets are also available now!

Our 20th anniversary season reminds us that we are a celebration of people and the power of creative expression, and we can’t wait for you to join us at DPAC this year!
