Department of Music
The Notre Dame Glee Club presents its annual Spring Concert. The program will feature a gripping suite of chain gang songs, "Rainbow Round My Shoulder," after the pathbreaking ballet by the Alvin Ailey Dance Company. Also on the program are sacred works from the 16th to 21st centuries, German Lieder, folk songs from Spain, and music in North American popular styles ranging from jazz ballad and vocalese to barbershop classics from The Music Man.
Recommended for ages 6 and over.
